Fleet Technician Leader
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician Leader to join our team in Fenstanton. This role offers comprehensive training, career progression, and excellent company benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Vehicle Technician looking to take their career to the next level. As a Fleet Technician Leader, you will undergo training in our fully equipped workshop, work alongside experienced engineers, and have opportunities for overtime and shift work.
This position is suitable for motivated technicians seeking to move onto larger vehicles and build a long-term career with a market-leading company. The company offers all technicians the opportunity to enroll in their management training program, which has seen 50% of current business managers progress from the shop floor.
