Lead Mechanical Equipment Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team at The One Group.
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for designing, commissioning, and maintaining complex mechanical engineering equipment, working closely with engineers within our labs.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced mechanical technician to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of technicians in designing, developing, and manufacturing mechanical equipment.
- Sourcing, ordering, and stock checking of mechanical rigs and equipment.
- Maintaining mechanical engineering equipment to support engineers within our labs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a mechanical qualification equivalent to HND/HNC, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing a team.
