Compliance Officer Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hard FM statutory compliance program for all Corporate Buildings
  • Ensure all surveys and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) are completed, and appropriate documentation is received and filed correctly
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Punctuality, reliability, and ability to handle own workload
  • Good team player with a flexible approach and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar compliance role
  • Evidence of working within and supporting a team to achieve excellent customer service
  • Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
