About the Role

As an Accounts Assistant Apprentice at David Allen, you will gain valuable experience working within the Accounts Team, preparing year-end financial statements for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting your team with day-to-day financial tasks.

About the Apprenticeship

As part of the L3 Accounts Assistant Apprenticeship, you will learn the fundamentals of accounts and VAT return preparation, gradually progressing to drafting accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns. Your technical knowledge will come from on-the-job training, in-house development sessions, and studying for the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting qualification. You'll become proficient in accounting software, Excel, and Outlook, while also developing core skills like analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
