£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves acting as a key relationship and development contact between prospects, key clients, and workplace savings providers. The primary responsibility is to ensure compliant, efficiently run workplace pension schemes and well-informed membership.

  1. Consult with clients on their Pension needs and member engagement requirements.
  2. Create and identify opportunities to grow our role with those clients and generate more revenue. This includes opportunities outside of pensions, such as flexible benefits, healthcare, wellbeing, international insurance, and general insurance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with clients and the wider business.
  2. Strong communication skills to negotiate, influence, and demonstrate empathy as required.
  3. Creative problem-solving skills to consult with clients and construct effective solutions reflecting their needs.
  4. Commercial acumen to work in a way that creates financial opportunities for the business and protects revenue.
  5. High level of professionalism to deliver to the highest standards and expectations of our clients.
  6. Ability to self-develop and learn new skills as required by the different responsibilities of the role.
  7. Effective organisation and time management skills to manage a busy schedule of work.
  8. Analytical skills to question clients and analyse data to determine actions.
  9. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  10. Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards.
