Whitehaven, Cumbria, United Kingdom Home Group Limited Full time
Supporting Our Vulnerable Customers

At Home Group, we take pride in providing exceptional care and support to our most vulnerable customers. As a Night Concierge Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when our wider team or their support network are unavailable. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health and safety of our buildings, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure.

You will also be responsible for managing situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when emergency services are needed. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and tidy environment, which may involve wielding a mop or broom.

This role requires a team player with the confidence to work alone, who can think on their feet and make sound decisions. You will be part of a diverse team that comes from different walks of life and is committed to supporting one another.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the health and safety of our buildings
• Patrol to check fire doors and ensure everything is locked and secure
• Investigate suspicious activity and raise the alarm when necessary
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals

We offer a competitive salary of £23,464 per year, plus great benefits, including a Health Cash Plan, over 800 high street discounts, and 34 days of leave (increasing to 39 with option to buy additional days). We also cover the cost of Enhanced DBS checks and offer internal diversity networks to support your personal and professional growth.
