About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Health Psychologist to join our Plastic Surgery Psychology Team at the Royal Free Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Health Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and treatment of patients in our Plastic Surgery unit. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide consultation to other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society, or British Psychological Society Statement of Equivalence
- HCPC registration
- Evidence of personal and specialist professional development with achieved outcomes in relevant clinical specialism
- Experience of working within a clinical health psychology setting, providing specialist psychological assessment and treatment of patients, including outpatient and inpatient settings
- Experience of the application of clinical psychology in different cultural contexts
