About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to manage one of our new children's homes. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a therapeutic model of care, ensuring the home is supported by experienced and highly skilled staff who prioritize the needs of the children in their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver a therapeutic model of care that prioritizes the needs of children aged 11-17
  • Lead a team of experienced and highly skilled staff to provide care and support to children
  • Ensure the home is a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healthy relationships and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements
