Job Title: Duty Manager

Blue Arrow Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a private members club in Henley-on-Thames.

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Duty Manager to provide exceptional guest experiences and support the management team in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front of house team and junior managers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through proactive and attentive service
  • Support the management team in the running of the bar and resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar establishment, preferably in a front of house role
  • A warm and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
