Job Title: Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a private members club in Henley-on-Thames. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of the club.

About the Role:
  • Assist the manager in overseeing the front of house team and junior managers
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Support the team in the running of the bar and restaurant, including managing stock and supplies
  • Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar establishment, preferably in a front of house role
  • A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide support when needed
