Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a private members club in Henley-on-Thames. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the front of house team and junior managers
  • Provide outstanding guest experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Support the team in the running of the bar and restaurant, including managing stock and supplies
  • Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar establishment, preferably in a front of house or management role
  • A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
