  • Recruit and cultivate a team of highly skilled scientists, elevating the Bristol laboratory to become a centre of excellence within JDH's esteemed network of clinics.
  • Lead the lab's digital transformation, introducing the latest innovations in technology and workflow optimisation, ensuring operational efficiency and clinical excellence at every level.
  • Play a pivotal role in aligning the laboratory's objectives with JDH's strategic vision, integrating the Bristol facility seamlessly with the company's broader clinical framework.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance and patient care, whilst driving continuous improvement in both laboratory operations and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
  • Possess a proven track record in the leadership of a high-performing, HFEA-compliant embryology laboratory, with particular proficiency in advanced reproductive technologies such as ICSI, embryo biopsy, and egg freezing.
  • Exhibit a forward-thinking approach, adept at integrating technological advancements to enhance laboratory operations and clinical outcomes.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, able to engage effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless functioning and continued growth of the laboratory.
