Zip Water is a leading global provider of advanced drinking water solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the S&OP process, drive business results, and manage a small team of demand planning professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the S&OP process, providing critical insights to the leadership team
  • Manage the demand planning tool to maximize inventory availability, stock turn, and inventory position
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the demand planning team, including stock availability, customer OTIF, stock turn, and inventory positions
  • Analyze and challenge sales forecasts to improve forecast accuracy
  • Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on demand and lead times
  • Collaborate with internal customers to provide high-level customer service and recommend solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing supplier relationships and build new relationships as required
