About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Demand Planning Lead to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing valuable insights to the leadership team and driving business success.

As the Supply Chain Demand Planning Lead, you will oversee the demand planning tool to optimize inventory availability and manage a small team to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership Team to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
  • Analyze and refine sales forecast accuracy as needed, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize inventory levels based on demand patterns and lead times, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Maintain KPIs for stock availability, customer service levels, and other relevant metrics, driving performance excellence.
  • Manage excess and obsolete stock effectively, implementing strategies to minimize losses and maximize asset utilization.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of materials.
  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
