As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you'll be responsible for leading the S&OP process, providing critical insights to our leadership team, and supporting the business to achieve exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Sales Leadership Team to review sales inputs and ensure accurate sales forecasts
  • Analyzing and challenging sales forecasts to improve forecast accuracy
  • Determining and establishing optimal inventory levels based on demand and lead times
  • Setting and maintaining KPIs within the demand planning team, including stock availability, customer OTIF, stock turn, and inventory positions
  • Maintaining master data planning information, such as MOQs and lead times
  • Identifying and managing excess and obsolete stock
  • Managing stock requirements for new product launches, aligned with sell-through for outgoing products
  • Collaborating with internal customers and providing high-level customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options
  • Maintaining and improving existing supplier relationships, building new relationships as required, and defining communication channels
  • Ensuring and promoting compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures
  • Developing a culture of continuous improvement within our supplier base and internal stakeholders
  • Managing, motivating, and assessing the performance of the demand planning team
