About the Role
As a Commercial Data Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our buying team, responsible for ensuring data accuracy across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating and uploading new line information into the Navision database
- Acting as the gatekeeper for product information in the Navision database, creating, importing, and maintaining data as necessary
- Coordinating and implementing promotional data activity to ensure accurate and timely promotions
- Coordinating and implementing new product data activity during product program reviews
- Responsible for all lifecycle changes of products on the system
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of cost price and retail price changes on the system
- Providing waste packaging and WEEE returns by supplying accurate data
- Supporting the Quality Control Manager with maintenance of testing and data safety sheets
- Assisting the Finance team with invoice queries by liaising with buyers and suppliers
- Assisting with data setup on the Navision database for new store openings
- Acting as a User Acceptance Tester for any development to the Navision database
- Working collaboratively with Operations, Customer Services, Retail Assist, and Distribution Centre to resolve queries
- Attending cross-functional meetings, raising concerns, taking notes, and actions
- General administration and screening calls
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the company
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
- Intermediate Excel skills, including a good understanding of V lookup functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate a keen eye for accuracy and detail in all aspects
- The ability to adapt to managing fast-changing priorities and show a high level of flexibility in attitude towards all tasks
- The ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying issues and resolutions
