Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a Homecare Assistant Professional to join our team in Central Hampshire. As a Homecare Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes. This role requires a professional and caring individual who can deliver high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with household chores, such as cooking and cleaning
- Support clients with mobility and transfer activities
- Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
- Monitor client safety and well-being, reporting any concerns to management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- The right to work in the UK
