Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure seamless vehicle repairs and maintenance services, utilizing effective communication and project management skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Sell products and services effectively by understanding customer requirements, making informed recommendations, and meeting sales targets.
  • Invoice completed work accurately and process payments efficiently, ensuring prompt financial settlements.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Able to work flexibly and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., automotive, business administration).
