We're seeking a skilled and empathetic support worker to join our team in Sheffield. As a part-time care assistant, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their own homes or in the community, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently. With a focus on social inclusion and life skills development, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:

• Supporting individuals to participate in social activities and events
• Assisting with employment or education initiatives
• Managing challenging situations and behaviors
• Writing accurate and factual daily reports
• Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity

What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• Competitive salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• 28 days annual leave (including statutory public holidays)
