Head of Digital Development


This is an excellent opportunity for a QTS qualified A level teacher looking to take the next step in their career, joining a prestigious and well-respected college in a highly autonomous and important role where you can bring your ideas to the table to implement strategy and manage change.

In this role, you will take the lead on digital innovation across the trust, looking at the future of teaching and learning as well as wider organisational processes. You will ensure the school has the IT infrastructure in place to keep up with the developing educational scene.


The ideal candidate will be a QTS qualified teacher with experience teaching at A level, having middle management experience and knowledge of digital issues, use of Data Science and how technology can positively impact educational outcomes. You will also have an understanding of curriculum development and educational technology.
