Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Jewish Care is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation programme, focusing on the analysis and enhancement of current and proposed business processes, with a particular emphasis on leveraging digital technology and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and document project scope and support the development of project metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of how projects and associated processes interact with ongoing programs.
  • Conduct detailed current state analysis of business systems and processes.
  • Partner with the PMO to establish and maintain communication schedules that keep stakeholders updated on programme and project progress.
  • Evaluate project outcomes against the initial planning phase and make recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree and proven experience as a Business Analyst managing multiple interconnected workstreams and articulating complex processes and solutions.
  • High level of technical expertise in a BA role with a strong background in IT projects (e.g., data warehousing/system integration/configuration).
  • Appropriate BA certifications (e.g., Agile, Lean 6 Sigma) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of demonstrable business analysis experience.
  • Understanding of IT solution design, including user experience (UX).
  • Familiarity with rostering, people management systems, and finance systems.
  • Ability to identify strategic solutions and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and reporting tools.
