Job Summary:
- Process orders and quotes efficiently, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, resolving issues and providing excellent service.
- Maintain effective communication with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other mediums.
- Support the external sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth.
About You:
- You have prior experience in internal sales support or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer service principles.
- Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English Language), with a solid grasp of IT skills.
Key Requirements:
- A competitive salary range of £22k-£26k per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time, permanent position with regular working hours (9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday).
