About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at Seattlestars. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing sales and gross profit within a set group of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, focusing on increasing sales and gross profit.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main internal contact for selected customer accounts, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.
  • Liaison and Support: Liaise with external account managers to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Confident communicator across various channels and a strong team player with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Requirements
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Sales.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
