SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at TeacherActive. Our client is a school in Morpeth that provides educational provision through mental health, trauma, and SEN interventions.

">Estimated Salary:

£22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in assisting young learners in education on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. They should be Level 2 or Level 3 qualified and/or have a minimum of 6 months' experience in an education establishment.

  • Providing individualized support and guidance
  • Developing and implementing learning plans
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or a related field
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
