- Answer and direct telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience, with prompt attention to their needs.
- Utilize our email and database system to record and distribute messages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide refreshments and support to customers and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
