As a Sales Customer Advisor at JCT600, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and converting inquiries into sales.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Chesterfield, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with customers is simple and transparent.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and have a winning mentality, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme dependent on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including life assurance plan, company pension, 26 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days after 5 years' service), flexible working policies, and paid maternity and paternity leave.
