About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated nurse to take on a leadership role in our Cardiology Ward. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff, developing and implementing patient care plans, and contributing to the overall management of the ward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the overall management of the ward, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
