We're seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Harborne Hospital as a Sister/Charge Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the way in providing outstanding patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality and innovative nursing practice.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care in a 12-bedded multi-speciality surgical ward.
  • Work with the manager and matron to deliver high-quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision, national guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and implement staff education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working in a surgical inpatient setting.
  • Experience in staff education and development.
  • Current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
  • Management experience and leadership skills.
