We're seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Harborne Hospital as a Sister/Charge Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the way in providing outstanding patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality and innovative nursing practice.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care in a 12-bedded multi-speciality surgical ward.
  • Work with the manager and matron to develop and implement nursing strategies that align with HCA's mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of staff education and training programs.
  • Manage and lead a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient care and outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working in a surgical inpatient setting.
  • Experience in staff education and training.
  • Current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
  • Management experience and leadership skills.
  • ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire.
