Job Description:

As a Home Care Assistant with our Ross District Nursing Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes.

You will work closely with our experienced Community Staff Nurses, supporting them in monitoring patient observations, obtaining venous blood samples, and delivering wound care and education.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
