Care Home Senior Supervisor

As a senior care professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. With a focus on person-centred care, you will lead and supervise our care team to ensure individual care plans are followed to the highest standards.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring each resident has lots of quality one-to-one time and that individual care plans are tailored to meet their unique needs.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level care experience, including supervisory roles, and a strong understanding of clinical care for older adults.
