Care Home Senior Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our carers and senior carers.
The successful candidate will have senior-level care experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. You will also have a good understanding of how to provide high-quality care to older adults, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential, as well as a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, tenacious, and full of integrity, with strong communication skills and a caring approach.
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
