About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Active Care Group, specializing in neurological rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurological degenerative conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for clients with complex neurological needs.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in neurological rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Recognized qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduate experience in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Current registration with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working within a neurological care and rehabilitation setting.
