About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced UK Railway Engineering Specialist to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading railway projects across various locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Develop and grow rail clients, leading to increased business opportunities.
  • Promote Access Talent Group's services in the rail sector both internally and externally.
  • Mentor more junior members of staff, promoting their development and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Network Rail Company Standards and Railway Group Standards. PTS & DCCR certification is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. We also provide a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
