Assistant Head of Department - Multi-Skills

Job Title: Assistant Head of Department - Multi-Skills

Salary: £43,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Herts Resourcing Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of Department to join our client college in Cambridgeshire.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Have a construction industry qualification
  • Hold or be working towards an IQA Award or equivalent
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
  • Be eligible to work in the UK

Desirable Qualifications:

  • DBS on the update service
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience of managing study programmes

The college cannot offer sponsorship due to budget constraints.
