We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop accurate demand forecasts to inform supply chain decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address forecast gaps
- Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models using algorithms and data analysis techniques
- Translate sales forecasts into mid to long-term planning data for supply planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
- Manage the demand planning component of the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring timely and accurate data sharing
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in VBA and Power BI a plus
