About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aliaxis as a Data Insights Specialist, reporting to the Head of Demand Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting Commercial data to improve supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and transparent inventory management systems, ensuring seamless collaboration with commercial and supply chain teams.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) through data-driven reporting, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Implement master data governance controls, overseeing quality issues and improvement activities, including ECN and BOM change requests.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Champion continuous process improvements by pinpointing inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and implementing solutions to refine master data management operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define inventory targets and improve processes that drive accuracy and reduce stock variance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a relevant functional discipline, ideally with supply chain management qualification (i.e. CPIM or CSCP).
  • A strong data analyst comfortable using ERP (ideally Dynamics AX), WMS, and MRP alongside Excel, SQL/VBA, and Power BI to automate processes and provide clear reports across the business.
  • Experience in developing a strong data process in an SME or larger company, with significant experience of driving master data accuracy.
