About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective demand forecasting and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and model forecasts to meet current and future build rate readiness
  • Participate in the IBP rhythm and routine, leading workstreams that shine a light on forecast gaps
  • Prepare unconstrained forecasts for review by Sales, Marketing, and customers, providing input and modifications
  • Reach a common plan with marketing, sales, financial, and supply chain views, agreeing on market assumptions and input on product lifecycle changes
  • Clean and prepare sales history to generate a statistical forecast, using algorithms and translating sales forecasts into mid-to-long-term planning data
  • Manage the demand planning part of the monthly IBP cycle, organizing meetings and ensuring all inputs and outputs are prepared and shared
  • Manage periodic process of re-classification of product service classes (ABC-XYZ) and Make-to-order and Make-to-stock decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relevant functional discipline, ideally with supply chain management qualification (i.e. CPIM or CSCP)
  • Well-organized, systematic, and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities, with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel & PowerPoint, ideally VBA and Power BI), and a strong understanding of ERP (Dynamics AX / SAP), MRP software, and Power BI
