Job Title: Senior M&E Engineer

PRS is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Engineer to join their team in the City of London. As a Senior M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, as well as annual shutdowns of critical plant, in a state-of-the-art skyscraper.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of the building's M&E systems.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled engineering team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:
  • Full qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (ideally through a full apprenticeship).
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a similar M&E / building services maintenance role in a critical or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including single and three-phase power, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
