Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

ARM is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial activities throughout the design stage of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of commercial activities throughout the design stage
  • Assistance with compiling the tender bid for the submission of the AMP (Absolute Maximum Price) construction of the project
  • Engagement with Sub-Contractors / Suppliers during this phase
  • Working alongside our design, pre-construction, and estimating team during the above phase, ensuring commercial coverage
  • Review and negotiation of the Contract with our Client, with support from the senior management team
  • Negotiation and Contract placement of the Sub-Contract Agreements with our specialist Sub-Contractors
  • Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuations to our Client in line with our Contract
  • Manage, value, and agree variations to the Contract
  • Carry out the valuation, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to our Sub-Contractors in accordance with the Sub-Contract Agreement
  • Management and agreement of variations with our Sub-Contractors
  • Agreement of final accounts upstream and downstream
  • Monthly production and presentation of financial reports for the project in line with the company timetable
