Senior M&E Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Engineer to join our team at PRS, a renowned global property and real estate organisation. As a Senior M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, as well as annual shutdowns of critical plant, in a state-of-the-art skyscraper in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multi-skilled engineering team to deliver maintenance and shutdowns
  • Manage and maintain complex M&E systems, including power distribution, emergency lighting, and fire alarms
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless building operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
Requirements:
  • Full qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship
  • At least five years of experience in a similar M&E / building services maintenance role in a critical or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including single and three-phase power, emergency lighting, and fire alarms
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others
