Job Title: Lead Researcher / Head of Research

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year

This role is ideal for a strategic and dynamic leader who has a vision on how to build a high-performing research department from scratch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive lead generation efforts across the company, ensuring accountability within the team, and acting as a key engine for our organization's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new strategies, methods, and tools to ensure optimal department performance.
  • Define clear goals and KPIs for the team and hold them accountable for their performance.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of upper management and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Regularly communicate departmental progress, challenges, and insights to management.
  • Create and refine workflows that streamline operations, ensuring high levels of output from the research team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of 4 researchers, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a lead generation or research function.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to design effective lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in workflow optimization and task delegation.
  • Ability to work closely with upper management and align department objectives with organizational goals.
  • Work experience in the Crypto and iGaming industry is a must.
