Job Title: RF Hardware Design Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RF Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As an RF Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF hardware systems for our GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RF hardware systems for GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam Products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware systems into product designs
Develop requirements for new products and ensure they meet technical specifications
Work with internal customers and the Product Design Authority to develop and shape technical requirements
Interface with suppliers and industry experts to ensure timely delivery of products
Solve complex technical problems on new and existing GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam Products

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in RF hardware design and development
Strong understanding of RF and analogue micro circuitry
Familiarity with Microwave simulators (Cadence preferred), PCB layout, and Mechanical modelling tools
Knowledge of product design and problem-solving within a design for manufacture environment
Good team player with strong communication skills

Desired Skills:

Experience in stakeholder management and customer interfacing skills
Understanding of 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
Familiarity with Mentor Graphics tool suite
Analytical skills in circuit simulation (MATLAB, LT Spice) and thermal analysis

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Relevant higher national qualification combined with experience in RF product design and development
