Hours: Fulltime 37 hrs

Summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join its Assured Position, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing RF GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam Systems for the military market.

This is a challenging and stimulating role that offers opportunities for development and collaboration with a highly skilled technical team. The RF Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing RF hardware for GPS/GNSS systems, as well as assisting in the integration of these designs into product solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF product design, with experience in designing and developing RF hardware for challenging environments. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RF hardware for GPS/GNSS systems
  • Assist in the integration of RF hardware designs into product solutions
  • Work with the APNT team to develop and implement RF hardware solutions
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful product development
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for RF hardware designs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Degree in related subject, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Proven experience in a product design and development role, within an Electronics Product Environment
  • Strong background in RF product design, with experience in designing and developing RF hardware for challenging environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to level and audience
