Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Psihology Teacher to join our Reading College team, teaching GCSE and A-Level students in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Teach GCSE and A-Level Psychology to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate learners
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, tailored to meet the needs of diverse students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine teaching strategies, enhancing the quality of education provided

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience in teaching Psychology, preferably at GCSE and A-Level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing expertise and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, embracing new ideas and approaches to enhance teaching and learning

Salary and Benefits
