Homecare Assistant

Helping Hands is seeking a Homecare Assistant to join our team in Oxford. As a Homecare Assistant, you will provide essential support to adults in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.
You will be responsible for providing companionship, support with personal care, helping with mobility, overseeing medication, and assisting with household tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. A full UK driving license and the ability to work independently are also essential.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,500 per annum, plus benefits such as paid mileage, early pay app, and holiday entitlement.
