We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at PPP. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing administrative support to our team, including answering telephones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with meetings and events, including preparing materials, taking notes, and coordinating logistics
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Supporting staff with ad-hoc projects and tasks, as needed
  • Producing reports and presentations, as required
