We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administration Support to join our team at PPL PRS. As a Sales Administration Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field team to connect with new customers, engaging them about TheMusicLicence and booking in Sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with potential new customers
  2. Engage and educate customers about the benefits of playing music in the workplace and TheMusicLicence
  3. Generate appointments and work towards revenue and productivity targets
  4. Support the maintenance of our CRM and uploading workable leads
  5. Manage customer queries for the Field Sales team
  6. Ensure compliance with data security requirements

Requirements:

  • Confidence using a CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft office
  • Experience working within a customer service or admin role
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication
  • B2B or B2C sales experience preferred

Desirable Skills:

  • Able to demonstrate a desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Results driven, enthusiastic & resilient
