Job Title: Product Support Specialist

At Stryker Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing clinical product support to end-users and providing on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and ongoing in-services to assigned accounts to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and operating room staff to provide technical support and training on the operation of our robotic arm applications and associated equipment.
  • Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with our RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic System, assisting surgeons in preoperative implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain local MAKO consigned equipment, instrument, implant, and disposables inventories, process sales orders, and provide forecast input to the District Sales Manager.
  • Support company road-show demonstrations and 'Showsite' visits to showcase our products and their clinical value to potential customers.
  • Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of our quality system.
  • Provide case coverage at unassigned accounts and support the development and execution of the sales plan to grow the utilization of our RIO system.
  • Actively promote the clinical benefits of our products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous account growth and case volume.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree in business or a related technical field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply office technology, including ERP systems and Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
  • 2+ years' experience in a sales and/or technical environment, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
