About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Firemelon Ltd. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and other tools.
  • Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, and work with them to resolve issues.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to the development of testing strategies and plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on quality assurance and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with C# and Selenium, as well as other testing frameworks and tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing results and identifying defects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • ISEB/ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools, such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
